If you face a problem, such as not being able to use the car or a malfunction in the system, contact us via Slack on the #error-log Channel.
It would be helpful if you send us a screenshot and explain the problem.

In case of accidents

If you are involved in an accident while using the service, please follow the steps below.

  1. Move the car to a safe place to avoid another accident.
  2. Attend the injured then call an ambulance and the police.
  3. Notify and report to the police on the spot.
  4. Contact the insurance company:

If the car is still running, please drive it back to the designated parking lot, if not, follow the insurance company’s instructions to tow the car.
